Projects and Achievements

During the period from 10 July 2021 to 20 November 2023, MDC Company implemented six training programs on accountability and complaints mechanisms in the health sectors, targeting staff from UDER Organization and governmental entities, including the Pharmacists Syndicate.

The programs focused on strengthening participants’ ability to manage complaints and oversight mechanisms effectively, understanding accountability processes within health sectors, and improving transparency and accountability in health institutions. These trainings contributed to enhancing staff readiness and enabling the practical application of effective procedures for complaint management and safeguarding beneficiary rights.
