Implementation of Field Negotiation Skills Training Programs / MDC Company
During the period from 24 August 2021 to 28 November 2023, MDC implemented six training programs in field negotiation skills, targeting local organizations and professional entities, including Muzn Organization and the Pharmacists Syndicate, across multiple locations in Idlib and its countryside.
The programs focused on practical negotiation skills, field context analysis, managing dialogue in complex environments, and developing effective negotiation strategies tailored to humanitarian and professional settings. These trainings contributed to enhancing participants’ readiness and improving their ability to handle field challenges in a structured and effective manner.
