Projects and Achievements

MDC implemented a total of 26 specialized trainings on the Code of Conduct and the fundamentals of Camp Management and Coordination (CMC) for Muzn Organization during the period from 20 November 2023 to 15 July 2024. The program aimed to strengthen compliance with humanitarian standards and enhance the professional capacities of staff working in camp management and site coordination. 

The trainings focused on professional conduct principles, protection standards, prevention of abuse and exploitation, coordination mechanisms among humanitarian actors, management of essential services within camps, and community feedback and accountability systems. 

These trainings contributed to improving operational discipline within camps, strengthening inter-agency coordination, and enhancing the overall quality of humanitarian response in line with international standards and best practices in site management.
