Training of Trainers (TOT) – Professional Training / MDC
MDC implemented three specialized Training of Trainers (TOT) programs for Banafsaj Organization, aiming to prepare qualified trainers capable of designing, delivering, and managing professional training programs.
The trainings focused on facilitation skills, training material development, interactive session management, trainee evaluation methods, and strengthening communication and presentation competencies.
These programs contributed to enhancing institutional capacity and ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer within the organization.
