Projects and Achievements

MDC organized an awareness seminar on employment opportunities in cooperation with Idlib University, aiming to enhance students’ and graduates’ understanding of labor market requirements and highlight available career opportunities and ways to prepare for effective participation in professional life. 

The seminar covered key topics including: 

• Job search skills
• CV preparation
• Employer expectations
• Public and private sector job opportunities
• Development of personal and professional skills aligned with local labor market needs

The seminar contributed to bridging the gap between academic education and the professional environment, strengthening participants’ readiness to transition from education to employment, and supporting human development and workforce integration in the region.
