MDC organized a professional nursing training program (for females) for White Room Company, aiming to enhance both practical and theoretical skills and strengthen professional competency in the healthcare sector. 

The program included the implementation of two (2) professional nursing trainings, focusing on fundamental nursing care principles, patient interaction procedures, occupational safety standards, and practical clinical skills delivered within a structured training environment. 

These trainings contributed to improving participants’ professional readiness and strengthening their ability to provide safe and effective healthcare services in accordance with recognized professional standards.
