Implementation of an Integrated Sedimentation Ponds System to Enhance Water Security – Al-Farah Village / EDC Company

EDC Company implemented the construction of integrated sedimentation ponds in Al-Farah Village to enhance the local water treatment system and improve water quality before distribution to households and vital facilities. The project helped remove sediments and impurities and improved the physical and chemical properties of the water, ensuring safe and clean water for daily use.

The project included all civil and structural works, including excavation, concrete structures, flow channels, and pond design in accordance with approved engineering standards. It also included quality monitoring and ensured that all works complied with technical specifications, guaranteeing long-term sustainability and operational efficiency.
