MDC Company implemented a specialized communication skills training program for the Pharmacists Syndicate, aimed at enhancing staff capabilities in managing professional communication within workplace environments.

The training focused on effective communication skills, building structured professional relationships, dialogue management, and strengthening listening and interaction abilities. It also addressed the application of communication skills in professional contexts to support teamwork efficiency.
